Significant government concessions are on offer. As part of Back to Work employers are able to claim $5,000 for full time employees who belong to one of the nominated disadvantaged groups or is a young unemployed person or recently retrenched. Employers are able to claim $12,000 for full time employees who are classified as long term unemployed. Part time employees are eligible for 75% of the payment available for the equivalent full time position.
