Do you have staff members who have been identified as potential leaders or staff who are in leadership roles but have no formal leadership training?
The Future Leaders of the West (FLOW) program is an initiative of the Committee for Wyndham to develop leadership skills and prepare participants for leadership roles in the Wyndham community.
Participants will undertake group classes; work on a group community project and meet with leaders from business, government and the community. This 12-month program will develop leadership skills and prepare participants for leadership roles in your business and in the wider Wyndham community.
Facilitated by The Gordon, FLOW is an accredited program and on successful completion participants will earn the Diploma of Leadership and Management.
FLOW is a great way to develop leadership skills in your business/organisation and contribute to the next-gen leaders in the Wyndham community.
